By focusing on the behaviour of the bystanders it allows the students to lead themselves in self discovery helping them to choose what is right and wrong.
In order to attack the bullying we need to build a solid foundation.
Firstly students will gain knowledge on how to receive more freedom from their teachers by understanding responsibility, integrity and respect.

Firstly students will gain knowledge on how to receive more freedom from their teachers by understanding responsibility, integrity and respect.
Secondly, emphasis is focused on the bystanders that are complacent; teaching your students that people who are complacent are complicit. This then educates the students that watch the bullying in accepting that the right thing to do is to speak up.
Thirdly, we offer character education lessons and reporting systems to aid in this process.
