I know the statistic are out there on workplace bullying, I truly understand that there are many bullies that have severally hurt people reputations and integrity but there are also people in authority who are not very good communicators or leaders. That is where our workplace bullying keynote comes in. Yes I talk about the bully, victim and bystanders but bullying is about bad behaviour and if are going to create safe working environment we need to focus on the behaviour we have with each other.
