When student bystanders learn their role in bullying situations, they will instinctively start speaking up to their teachers. That is why it is imperative that teachers understand what to do when students speak up.
Teachers need to learn: about focusing on the student’s behaviour (not just bullying), new strategies on how to document bad behaviour so it becomes objective, and to take their opinion out of the equation. All of this allows you to get to the root of the problem.
We keep it simple with many teacher tools and exercises to make this a successful anti bullying teacher presentation.
